Come and join some fidd’lin’ fun! If you’ve got an instrument and just been scratching’ around; or if that pride and joy from your youth is covered in dust and the strings show signs of rust; or even if you’ve been bowing magnificently for years. Allow yourself the opportunity to explore “an instrument that teaches us a lot about relations between people and the world… qualities that are fundamentally salutary for society” (Lord Yehudi Menuhin) You’ll be welcome to join this pop-up style band of violins & fiddles in a workshop aimed at getting to grips with classic folk tunes & country hits.
This will be in the Abbey Room in the historic part of the Guildhall.
